My name is Wei Qiang, i am the Founder and Cook of Our Secret Herb Garden, a cooking school and "appointment only" restaurant located in North Eastern part Singapore.
Being a cook with Peranakan heritage, i would like to take these opportunities to share with my guests, what my Nonya mother taught me and other professional food knowledge i have gained along my culinary journey.
In my cooking lessons, guests will cook every dish themselves from scratch. My role in all lessons will mainly be to facilitate, provide guidance and support. We will end the lessons by enjoying the food we cooked together. We will take this opportunity to take photos and videos and share experiences and stories. Choice of menus available are shown here.
